Roots Childbirth Group Class
Meeting birth with readiness isn’t about memorizing a method or chanting a mantra. Birth preparation is about knowing your body, understanding your options, recognizing your power and trusting the people standing with you. Our one-day, in-person classes are for all birth plans and all birth settings, designed to prepare and empower you to give birth your way, on your terms.
With a comprehensive curriculum that offers detailed explanations and engaging graphics, our group classes are interactive, hands-on, informative and FUN. Written and taught by a licensed midwife with decades of experience, the Roots Childbirth curriculum has already helped prepare over 2000 families in middle TN on their childbirth journeys.
