With a comprehensive curriculum that offers detailed explanations and engaging graphics, our group classes are interactive, hands-on, informative and FUN. Written and taught by a licensed midwife with decades of experience, the Roots Childbirth curriculum has already helped prepare over 2000 families in middle TN on their childbirth journeys. Group classes are capped at 6 couples per session (and fill up fast). Each class is a 2 week segment (4 hours each class).
